Refund Policy
We want every Drip Avenue order to arrive right and fit your expectations.
Effective September 19, 2026
30-Day Return Window
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and proof of purchase.
Items We Cannot Accept
Final-sale, personalized, worn, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items are not returnable. Hygiene-sensitive goods and gift cards are also excluded unless defective or required otherwise by law.
Start a Return
Email hello@dripavenue.com with your order number, item, and reason. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing time can vary by bank. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless Drip Avenue sent an incorrect or damaged item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
